After an order and pricing agreement has been reached with Printing Asia, we will give you a production schedule. We will keep you up-to-date with progressive reports via email, phone and fax.

Our quotation will include the final cost for the complete finished product and services according to all instructions provided. Any variation in costs due to specification or instruction changes will be verified with the client before implementation of the changes.

Your completed artwork can be accepted in almost any form, we can work with all of the standard media so please just let us know.

With book orders, printing and binding is normally completed in 2-3 weeks after receiving your artwork. This is comparable and often quicker than most domestic printing companies. We then ship your product as agreed upon in the finalized quote. Shipment by air freight takes 3-5 days. Shipment by sea freight takes 14-28 days.

New clients must pay 50% deposit prior to the commencement of works. A detailed invoice will be forwarded when goods are on route with final payment based on previously agreed terms.
